Program for Dispatching Experts to Third CountriesIt is another cooperation modality, which Brazilian experts are dispatched to the countries with economic and socio-cultural similarity(Latin America and Portuguese Speaking African countries), aiming the transfer of the technical and scientific knowledge contributing to the improvement of the life conditions of the peoples' of the third countries.
The knowledge, the language, the habits and the conditions of the receiving countries facilitates in a great way the activities of the dispatched expert to transfer the knowledge.
